how to make panipuri at home
ingredients (for 3 to 4 people)
for puri
2 cup whole wheat flour
pinch of backing powder
5 to 6 drops lemon juice
water
oil for fry
mix this all ingradiants very well and add some water....make tight dough...rest about 15 minutes....then make mini balls...then after roll this ball and make small puri....after that sread puri in cotten cloth....then add one more cotten cloth above puri...
then after heat oil and fry puri one by one...
potato and chana better
5 to 6 boiled potato
1 small bowl boiled chana
salt to taste
red chilly powder 1/2 spoon
black salt to taste
all above ingradiants mix it very well....if you prefer onion , Purina paste and coriander then you can add it...
for pani
1 cup pudina leaves
1/2 cup dhaniya (coriander leaves)
2 chilly
1 lemon juice or 1/2 spoon mango power
1 spoon panipuri masala
1/2 spoon blacksalt powder
1/2 jeera lowder
water 5 to 6 glass
crush in above ingradiants in mixure bowl..add 5 to 6 glass of water... keep it cool in fridge...
you can add some spicy bundi above pani...
